One pipeline. Your whole team. Clients included.

Six pieces, one system. Here's what your team gets.

01Candidate pipeline

Every candidate, one board, no side lists.

Your whole funnel lives on one board: sourced, contacted, screening, introduced, interviews, offer, placed. Every open card says whose move it is — yours, the client's or the candidate's — and how long it has waited. Notes and history stay with the candidate, so anyone on the team can pick up a conversation without asking around.

Try it. Drag a card to another column — on a touch screen, press and hold it first. The board asks what happened at the step, as the app does.

Empty

Empty

Drag a card to another column to move someone — you are asked for a wrap-up note before it lands. Dropping into Placed records the placement itself.

No dragging needed: switch to List and use Advance. With a keyboard, Space picks a card up, the arrow keys choose a column and Space puts it down; Enter opens the candidate.

Every board belongs to one role. Open the role and the rest of the work is there too.

02Vacancies

Roles that organize the work for you.

Every vacancy holds its own pipeline, its client and the people who own it — a recruiter, a TA manager and the client's hiring manager. It moves from draft to open to filled, and by default it opens only once the client's hiring manager approves it — they're asked as soon as its details are complete, and approve or propose changes from their own portal. Open a role and you see who's in, who's stalled, and what happens next.

A role stays empty until someone is on it. Most of them start on LinkedIn.

03LinkedIn Connector extension

Source on LinkedIn. Run everything else here.

The Chrome extension puts an Add to TSE button on every LinkedIn profile. One click captures the candidate into your workspace, where they are scored against your open vacancies on arrival, and a match of 70% or more goes straight to that vacancy's recruiter as a follow-up. You keep sourcing on LinkedIn; that click replaces copying the profile across by hand.

Candidates arrive in one click. What happens next is easier to show than to read. Book a demo

04Client portal

Retire the weekly update email.

Your clients — or your own hiring managers — get a link, not a spreadsheet. They see the candidates you choose to share, invite one to interview or mark one not a fit, and their feedback goes straight to the recruiter. They always look at the current state — not last Friday's.

Not every candidate comes from a search. Some of them come to you.

05Job hub careers pages

A careers page that feeds the pipeline.

Once a vacancy is approved and open, publish it to your workspace's careers page — on our address or your own domain. Applicants land in that vacancy's pipeline at Sourced, tagged Applicant. No inbox triage, no re-typing.

More roles and more CVs mean more reading and writing. The first pass doesn't have to be yours.

06AI assistance

AI drafts. Scores explain themselves. You decide.

The AI writes vacancy texts in your company's own writing style and fills in the vacancy form from a pasted job posting. It reads CVs and summarizes each candidate against the role — a starting point for your interview, not a test result. Match scores follow the weights you set, and every score shows its reasons, gaps included. A score never puts anyone on a pipeline. You do.

Six pieces, one system — from the profile you open to the role you close.
