What every seat gets
- Candidate pipeline One shared board from sourced to placed. Your whole team works the same roles.
- Vacancies Every open role with its brief, its pipeline, its match scores and its history in one place.
- LinkedIn Connector extension Capture the profile you are looking at in one click; a match of 70% or more goes straight to the recruiter of the vacancy it fits.
- Client portal Your clients follow the live pipeline and leave feedback, instead of waiting for a status email.
- Job hub careers pages Publish roles to a hosted careers page. Applicants land straight in the right pipeline.
- AI assistance Vacancy descriptions drafted in your own style, CVs and job postings read into the right fields, and candidate summaries written from the CV and the role. You make the call.
- Your own workspace — your candidates, vacancies and clients stay in it, and your whole team works the same board.
- An AI allowance that grows with your team — every seat adds to a monthly allowance your whole workspace shares, so AI assistance is part of what you already pay for. If your team uses more than that, your AI features keep working and we agree the extra use with you directly — there is nothing to top up.
- A demo and a guided setup — 30 minutes on your own roles, then we set your workspace up with you and your team is invited by email.
What you pay for
More than a place to keep candidates.
-
Sourcing without the copy-paste
Add the LinkedIn profile you're looking at in one click, or import one from its link, and reveal the contact details LinkedIn shows you — all with the LinkedIn account you already use. A profile already in your workspace is caught before it's added twice.
-
A matcher that reads every arrival
Every new candidate is scored against every open vacancy the moment they arrive. A match of 70% or more goes straight to that vacancy's recruiter as a follow-up, and every score shows its reasons per criterion, with the weights you set.
-
Your client inside the process
Hiring managers approve the vacancy, see the candidates you share, give feedback and confirm interview times in their own portal. Candidates pick from up to five proposed slots, and everyone gets the calendar invite. Hiring managers never take a seat.
One placement pays for more than a year.
- A seat for a year
- €779 × 12 = €9,348, excl. VAT
- One permanent placement
- 20–25% of a €60,000 salary = €12,000–€15,000
One placement covers 1.3 to 1.6 years of a seat.
An example, not a promise: fees and salaries differ by role and by market.
Agency fees, set against one seat.
- A seat for a year
- €779 × 12 = €9,348, excl. VAT
- 8 hires a year through an agency
- 8 × €12,000–€15,000 = €96,000–€120,000
If a recruiter on your own team makes those 8 hires, their seat costs 90 to 92% less than the agency fees.
An example, not a promise: an agency fee of 20–25% of a €60,000 salary, set against the software only, for a recruiter already on your team. Hires, fees and salaries differ by role and by market.

What your seats cost, set against what one placement earns. Nothing you type leaves this page.
- Seats for a year
- 5 × €9,348 = €46,740, excl. VAT
- One placement earns
- 20% of €60,000 = €12,000

- Most Dutch agencies charge 15–30% of the placed candidate's gross annual salary: closer to 15–20% for mid-level roles, often 25–30% for senior management, IT specialists and other hard-to-fill roles (Headfirst, updated 24 September 2026). Yours may differ.
- €779 per seat, per month, excl. VAT, is about 9 hours of a freelance recruiter at an average €88 an hour, excl. VAT (Knab, 2026, in Dutch). Yours may differ.
Questions
Good to know.
What exactly is a seat?
A seat is one person on your team who works in the platform — a recruiter, a sourcer, a TA manager, an account manager. You are billed per seat, per month. Hiring managers you invite to approve vacancies and review candidates don't take a seat. Every seat gets the whole platform and adds to the monthly AI allowance your workspace shares, so nobody on your team works a lesser version of the product.
What does the AI allowance cover?
It covers the AI features — drafting vacancy descriptions in your own style, filling in a vacancy from a job posting you paste, reading CVs, and writing candidate summaries from the CV and the role. Every seat adds to a monthly allowance your whole workspace shares, so AI assistance is part of the price rather than something you buy separately to get started. If your team uses more, AI features keep working and we agree the extra use with you directly. We go through what your team actually runs through during the demo, before you commit to anything.
We already run an ATS. Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Start with one live role: open the vacancy here, capture candidates from LinkedIn in one click, and work that pipeline while the rest stays where it is. Bring that role to the demo and we'll set it up with you. What else moves across, and when, is something we plan together — not a switch you flip on day one.
How long does setup actually take?
One 30-minute call, then we set up your workspace and your team is invited by email. There is nothing to host and nothing to run. The only install is the LinkedIn Connector extension in Chrome — from there you open a vacancy and start sourcing the same day.
Who owns the data we put in?
You do. Your candidates, vacancies, and clients live in your own workspace, and your team works the same board. We go through both questions before you commit — how we process your data, and what happens to it if you stop using the platform — not after you have signed.
What about the GDPR, and where does our data live?
Before you sign, we go through how we process your data — instead of a badge on a pricing page. This website is the short version: it sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. It counts visits without cookies and keeps no profile of you. You book a demo on Google Calendar, which asks for your name, email and company (see the privacy notice).
Read the privacy noticeHow long are we committed for?
Not long. The plan is billed monthly, per seat, and you can cancel with one month's notice. There is no minimum number of seats, so you add or remove people as your team changes. Every new workspace starts with onboarding and configuration, included in the price.
What support do we get?
Support lives inside the platform: send your question from your workspace and we reply within one working day. Onboarding and configuration are part of every new workspace, and we help you set up integrations as they arrive.
What does it connect to?
LinkedIn, through the Connector extension, and CSV imports — including LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator exports. Your careers page runs on our address or on your own domain. Mail and calendar sync and posting to job boards are coming.
See it on your own roles.
